Job Responsibilities
- Call customers in the United States and collect the required information.
- Explain company services and products to customers.
- Enter customer details accurately in the system portal.
- Follow up on customer cases and ensure issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer dealing skills.
- Experience in CGM campaigns is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Job Timing
The job follows US working hours.
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
